Which is the best way to contact us? TOP
We want to hear from you!  If you have a question or need help, we're here for you.  Please email us at customerservice@fancypantsprints.com.

What is the order process? TOP

First you will choose your card design and place your order.  After you complete your order, you will be directed to our photo upload page.  If you missed it, you can upload your photos to us by visiting our photo upload page or you can email them to us at photos@fancypantsprints.com.   Once your order and photos have been received, we will create your custom card.  Within 1-2 business days, we will send you an e-proof for you to approve before we can print your order.  Once you have approved the order, we will send it to production.  Your order will ship 2-3 business days later.  During the holiday season (October through December), we may need to extend our due times by a few days.  Normal shipping via USPS Priority Mail, a 2-3 day ship time.  This time may be extended during the Holiday Season so please plan accordingly.

What is the minimum order quantity? TOP
25 cards.  After this you may order any quantity.  The minimum order for calling cards is 50.

What are my payment options? TOP
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

What is your cancellation policy? TOP

If your order has not yet been printed, we will be happy to cancel it - just contact us right away.  Should you need to cancel an order before we create a proof, we will issue a full refund.  If we have already created your proof, we can refund all but $20.  If your order has already been approved and sent to printer, we regret that we will be unable to cancel it, since it would be impossible to reuse the cards.
 

What if there is a mistake on my printed cards? TOP
We do our best to ensure that no mistakes are made.  We use the exact information from you and send you a proof to view.  We ask that you double check your proof before approval.  If for some reason the printed cards have a mistake that occurred after the proof process, Fancy Pants Prints will reprint and ship your cards at no cost to you.  Unfortunately, if the error was on the part of the customer, we must ask that you pay for the reprint of the cards.  We will do our best to get your order reprinted and shipped as quickly as possible.  Be careful to enter your text information exactly as you'd like printed.  This will help eliminate most errors.
